Search Tips

SEARCH BY KEY WORD - A single key word search, i.e Washington, or multiple
sequential key word search, i.e. George
Washington, can be performed. A non-sequential
multiple word search will not work.

CASE - Searches are not case sensitive.

SEARCH BY DATE - The descriptions of the majority of the catalog
items such as magazines and newspapers contain the date published in the
format: month, day, and year, i.e. - "July 4, 1776". Searches can be
done by specific day, i.e. July 4, or by
month, day and year, i.e. July 4, 1776

CATALOG ITEMS - QUANTITY - We try to maintain at least
1200 items in
the catalog at all times. At most times there will be 1500 to 2000 items.
